Orders are sent via Regular Parcel, Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost and are insured in case of damage or loss. Most orders are shipped within three business days following the order. Isolated and rural areas may take longer.

Orders sent to the USA are shipped by Small Packet-Air, Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost and are insured in case of damage or loss. Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.
